We needed some more glasses for serving port. These glasses were reasonably priced and were just what we were looking for. We bought 2 boxes and one was broken in one of them. We reported this and the vendor agreed to replace the entire box and let us keep the remaining glasses. It took a while to get the replacements but we finally received them yesterday.
