I ordered a set of these 4 years ago and never had a problem washing or drying them. Used a glass recently and while drying it the stem snapped in my hand. It was a clean break thank goodness as it could have been quite serious. I wish I had contacted Amazon initially. Instead I just threw the glass out. Ouch, that hurt.
