We are wine enthusiasts and have a cellar, and for many years we used only expensive stemmed glasses. However,over the last 4-5 years we have been using the stemless glasses, with pleasure, since they are less likely to be knocked over and broken. I like being able to put them in the dishwasher if possible, but am thinking these are too thin for that. They are an ample size for robust reds, and the clarity of the glass helps to see the true color of the wine. These glasses are very thin walled with a functional shape, which makes them elegant for entertaining. The packaging is very clever and makes for safe shipping.
