Great customer service, but the quality of the glasses was very dissapointing. They are seconds...no where did I read that they were imperfect. The rims where you drink from are bumpy/wavy and definitly irregular. I bought 2 boxes, and could only use about 14 of the 20 glasses. I love the shape of these flutes, but you will not impress your guests with the quality.
